A full-bodied wine, the 2000 Abercorn Chardonnay is a good example of the old vine Mudgee varietal.

The wine has strong depth of flavour including nutty oak characters and the peachy varietal characters typical of Chardonnay.

Great with a wide variety of dishes including pasta and seafood, it will improve with cellaring for a further 3-5 years.
